- Some students are finding mold in their dorms, and facilities is not addressing the issue when reported.

Budget Requests
- BurgBurst requested $13,900. BMC recommended $9,255 to be approved in the Senate.
- Last year $7,719 was approved.
- Background
- Main cultural event at Gettysburg College. Strong attendance last year, but funding for food was too limited.
- CUB Ballroom is unavailable, so the event will be held in the Field House, enabling an increase in attendance to 550-600 students. The food table will be run by 13 clubs.
- The theme is masquerade, which requires increased funding for costume materials.

- No.
- What has BurgBurst done to counteract the underspending last year?
- The organization has a new board, and is working to ensure there is enough food.
- Were you funded by any other groups last year, even at a reduced budget?
- Yes, but last year’s event was much smaller.
