Parliamentarian pet peeve: You don’t need a motion to accept the minutes, they are either accepted as read or accepted after being corrected. There is no need for a motion to accept them because the only reason someone would ever vote to not approve the minutes is if they need to be corrected, in which case the correction would be made.
