- Senate recognizes 7 affinity groups, while OSAGL recognizes 10. Parliamentarians currently code each organization into a group.

- Align with OSAGL – Raises group leaders to 10, increasing size of Senate.
- Lower Affinity Group Leader number to 5, with each group leader representing 2 types of organizations.
- No change.
- Strong Senate support shown for Club Council
- Club Tier Funding
- Tier 1 is unique, well established, groups, such as Senate, the Yearbook, and WZBT, with independent funding.
- Tier 2 is a standard club, with an executive board, standard access to funding, a case budget, faculty advisor, etc.
- Tier 3 is a very small organization that just has a President, but does not need a specific advisor, executive board, or access to campus vehicles, etc. ●
- Policy question is whether tier 3 organizations should have access to a base budget, given the lack of oversight.
