  • Aromatherapy Play-Doh
    • Held from 4:30 to 5:30 P.M. in the CUB Ballroom for the residential cohort.
    • Join the Office of Student Activities and Greek Life to make aromatherapy play-doh! 

Wednesday, Nov. 4:

  • Make your own Galaxy Jar
    • Held from 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. in the CUB Ballroom for the residential cohort.
    • Join the Office of Student Activities and Greek Life to make a galaxy in a jar.
  • GET-Together: Entrepreneur Love Welchel
    • Held virtually from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M.
    • Entrepreneur Love Welchel discusses his success in the business world from his work organizing the 1996 Olympics to working as a digital entertainment and technology entrepreneur. 
  • The Science of Chocolate
    • Held virtually from 7:30 to 8:30 P.M.
    • STEMinist hosts Kimberly Grove McMenamin ‘08, a former chemistry major. 

Friday, Nov. 6:

  • CAB’s Pride BINGO with LGBTQIA+ Life
    • Held virtually from 8:00 to 9:30 P.M.
    • CAB hosts an LGBTQIA+ themed “Playlist Bingo” using songs instead of numbers.

Katie Oglesby ‘23 serves as the Editor-in-Chief for the Gettysburgian. She has previously served as Magazine Editor, News Editor, Assistant News Editor, and Staff Writer. She is an English with a writing concentration and political science major, hailing from San Diego, California, but now living in rural North Carolina. On campus, Katie works at the CUB information desk, is an Eisenhower Institute Fielding Fellow, and serves as co-service vice president for the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. She spent a semester abroad in Bath, England studying British literature and politics, and spent this past summer interning with the Winston-Salem Journal in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She can usually be found perusing books in the Musselman Library browsing room.
