Monique Heart of RuPaul’s Drag Race to Perform at Springfest 2020

American drag queen Monique Heart, from RuPaul’s Drag Race, will be the artist at Springfest 2020, according to an announcement at Snowball.
Monique Heart, the stage name of Kevin Richardson, has competed on the tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and the fourth season of the All-Stars edition of the show. In 2019, New York magazine named Monique Heart one of the top 100 Most Powerful Drag Queens in America.
“Monique is an amazing performer and we are incredibly happy to have her host the variety show and perform,” Campus Activities Board Traditions Chair Mariyam Kayjay ‘20 said.
She will host the variety show and perform during the Friday of Springfest weekend.
