        • 12 students are attending for 3 days and 2 nights.

        • Dinner after mass is being funded for 500 people.
        • Shrimp and fried rice will be made by Newman Association.
      • Palm Sunday ($1,000)
        • 03/29.
        • Dinner after mass is being funded from Northern Redneck BBQ in McSherrystown.
        • $900 will be spent on pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, rolls and sauce.
        • $100 will be spent on Ziggy’s Donuts.
      • Divine Mercy ($750)
        • 04/19.
        • Dinner after mass is being funded for students.
        • 16 people are in sacramental prep, and 10 will be confirmed on that day.

      • What is the conference?
        • Schools within the Diocese have prayers, talks, and mass.

  • Vietnamese Student Association
    • Requests $1,391 for Vietnamese Lunar New Year.
    • Biggest event with about 200 – 300 students.
    • February 21 from 7 PM – 9 PM in the Attic.
    • Budget is primarily catering, boba, and fireworks.
    • Motion to approve $1,391
