Happy fall semester from Musselman Library! As you get into your routine, here are a few changes to note about the library this semester.
Reservable Tables
New this fall: Musselman Library now has 3 tables on the main floor that are available for groups to reserve. These 3 tables are located between the Research Help Desk and quick print stations. Each table is labeled with a number as well as information on how to make a reservation.
Please note that use of Musselman Library’s consultation tables is limited to campus-affiliated group activity. Reservations are NOT permitted for individual study. Users may reserve up to 2 slots (2 hours) per calendar day. Minimum of 2 people per table, maximum of 4 people per table.
You can make your reservations up to a week in advance at http://libcal.gettysburg.edu/booking/tables.
Laptop Printing
It just got easier to print from your laptop to public lab printers. PrinterOn is a campus-wide initiative and affects all student printers. You no longer have to install drivers on your laptop to print – hooray!
To print from a laptop, go to http://www.gettysburg.edu/printing and login with your Gettysburg username and password. Select the printer you want to use, and the document you want to print.
PrinterOn also allows you to print from mobile devices (iOS and Android) via an app. Additional information can be found at http://www.gettysburg.edu/printinghelp.
Musselman Library Hours
Musselman Library’s 24-hour access will begin on Sunday, September 11th. Until then the library will close Sunday through Thursday at 11:00pm, and Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm. Library hours are also posted on the library website.
