For anyone who lives in or has visited Gettysburg, you know that sometimes it can be difficult to choose a place to eat. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, and believe me, there are a lot of great choices. One of my personal favorites is The Pub, which can be found right in the main circle of Gettysburg. I love going here, and it’s always in my top 3 choices for places to eat here.

The restaurant is divided into two main areas, the bar side and the dining side. The only differences are that the bar side has the bar and some TVs. I personally prefer the bar side because I’m a sports guy and I enjoy the bar scene, it’s just who I am.

Now, when it comes to the food, you really can’t go wrong with anything you choose here. No matter where I go, I always get French Onion soup and the soup there is probably the best French Onion that I have ever had (and I have had a lot in my day). There have been many occasions where I get a second bowl for dessert because it’s just that good. I’ve also gotten a majority of their burgers and sandwiches, and I can honestly say that I always leave there very full and very happy. So, if you’re looking for a good meal in Gettysburg, you need to swing by The Pub.
