“My greatest struggle in life right now is motivating myself, because my greatest fear is unfulfilled potential. I don’t want to look back when I’m older and regret not trying 100% and being as great as I could’ve been. I want to be the best in everything. School, sports, professional life, social life. I also want to become a better listener. It’s important, not just listening, but listening and responding. I am trying to work on that. It’s important because it helps us grow as human beings.”

Humans of Gettysburg is a partnership between The Gettysburgian and contributing photojournalist Alex Bobeczko ’21, who manages the Instagram page @humansofgettysburgcollege. Follow that page for more posts and stories.
