Come to the Special Collections & Archives Reading Room on the 4th floor of Musselman Library to see an exhibit that portrays the social lives of students at Gettysburg College through the 1960s.

The exhibit captures the social outings and happenings of students on campus by focusing on six topics: the literary and debating societies of the mid-19th century, the rise of Greek life, the experience of co-eds, student involvement in music and drama, other extra-curricular clubs and activities and experiences of freshmen. “Old Gettysburg Back to Thee: Student Social Memory Through the 1960s,” curated by seniors Jenna Fleming, Avery Fox, and Melanie Fernandes will be on display from February 8th to mid-June.

Stop by when Special Collections is open, Monday – Friday, 1-5pm and Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6-9pm, to see how life on campus has changed over the years.
